IoT Design Deck - A card game to design the Internet of Things

The IoT Design Deck is a method for the co-design of connected products. Designing the new generation of connected product is a complex activity and requires a lot of skills in many disciplinary fields. The key elements of this methods are: it help multidisciplinary teams sharing ideas using a common language, it helps to take into account opportunities and threats of the IoT scenario, it is based on a lean approach, encouraging the team to prototype and test ideas with users.
The method uses some well-known techniques as well as custom defined ones.

Massimiliano Dibitonto, Federica Tazzi, Katarzyna Leszczynska

Massimiliano Dibitonto is a phD in Informatic Engineering, a UX researcher and an expert of Human Computer Interaction, Physical Computing and Digital Fabrication. Now he is a research fellow at Link Campus University, working as the coordinator of the Innovation Design research team. He is teacher of Interaction Design and Open Source Electronics. He collaborated with important companies and universities in Italy and in Europe. He is also the co-founder of Madsign, a start-up that has it main focus on the design and the creation of Smart Objects and new user experience based on novel interaction paradigms and technologies.
